My rating

In the "My Rating" tab, you will find your provisional rating once the questionnaire is completed.

Criteria of your rating

You will also find details concerning the different criteria of your rating to get an overview of the most important points to improve your provisional score.

Review each measurement point in detail by clicking "View Details".

This will allow you to see the summary corresponding to your answers and the identified areas for improvement.

For example, for the measure "Secure and Administer Infrastructure":

You can improve your provisional rating by taking the recommended actions by clicking "Start Improvements":

The identified points of improvement will mainly concern answers with a missing supporting document.

You can modify your answers by clicking the "Edit my response" button to add the missing documents, which will improve your score.

Request for Final Rating

After obtaining and optimizing your provisional rating with the suggested improvements, you can request a final rating.

This final rating will be granted after a detailed audit based on your responses and attached files, conducted by one of our experts. This will allow you to receive a certification.

To do this, simply click on the "Obtain My Final Rating" button :

From the "My Rating" tab as well as from the "Overview" tab :

By clicking on this button, a confirmation pop-up indicating the cost of obtaining the final rating will appear.

The confirmation of the payment of 500 NH credits will instantly initiate the audit on the side of our experts.

Once the audit is in progress, you can no longer modify your responses.

Obtaining your final rating

Once the audit is completed, you will receive your final rating index and certification.

You can view these in the "Overview" tab or in the "My Rating" tab, along with the details of your rating.

In the "My Rating" tab, you can view the details of your rating by section by clicking "view details" on the theme of your choice :
